I’d look at supported markets and exchanges, pricing, strategy configuration, testing or simulation options, account security and the ability to stop or adjust automated activity. Transparency is another important point: it should be reasonably clear what the system is designed to do and what its limitations are. I’d also be careful with performance claims based only on historical data. A platform can have impressive backtests and still behave differently when market conditions change. For me, knowing how much control you retain is just as important as the number of automated features available.
