If you are looking for an MSG file converter, I would choose SysTools MSG Converter because it supports both individual and bulk MSG conversion and does not require Microsoft Outlook to be installed for conversion. It is capable of converting MSG files to PST, EML, MBOX, NSF, EMLX, Office 365, PDF, HTML, CSV, TXT, ICS, JSON, and more.
